Oleg is a young, talented paramedic. His wife Katya works as a doctor in the emergency room of the hospital. She loves Oleg, but can't stand the fact that he cares more about his patients than about her. She wants a divorce. Oleg's new boss is a callous manager who wants to increase the effectiveness of emergency operations and enforce new, strict rules. Which doesn't interest Oleg in the slightest, since he has lives to save.
